Letter to my mentees

Dear Adrian, Amanda, Elaine and Mandy,

Congratulations! I'm very proud of you guys. Your team is selected into the semi-final judging out of more than 100 teams this year's Millennium Entrepreneurship Programme!

Now I know some of you, or all of you is wondering whether I enjoyed mentoring to you. I clearly say that I really enjoyed working with you and have learned a lot from you.

Honestly, I was also wondering whether I could help you as a good mentor. It is the first time for me to be a mentor to secondary school students and our common language, which is English, is not our mother tongue. I tried to explain things plainly, I'm not sure I made it to do it though.

I believe both of us have a good relationship and respect each other. We've learned how to discuss, organize/facilitate discussion, consolidate everyone's opinion and make consensus effectively and productively.

MEP gave us a good opportunity to learn not only business planning but also communication skills for sure.

Last but not least, I'm sure you guys can make it to get into the final round for MEP. I'm gonna help you till the last. Don't hesitate to ask me anything. Talk to me anytime whenever you need my help.

Koji,

P.S.
Amanda told me that she tried to read my past blog to know my feeling to you. This is the answer to you. No worry. Again, I'm really proud of you!
